My tracking said the glasses were delivered, though after a while of searching, asking neighbors, etc, the package was no where to be found. I filed for a “refund”, to which I was contacted by a miss Karen, and she assured me that the problem would be fixed at no extra cost to me. I told her the refund isn’t what i wanted, it was the glasses. I have bought from Firmoo before and i knew the quality of the glasses were worth the extra wait again. Karen so graciously put in the order for my glasses to be resent at NO cost to me. Such a kind woman, and absolutely represented the company AMAZINGLY. LOVE buying here!!

Frames are so adorable and also affordable! I wanted to try them out and ordered 3 pairs of glasses, i paid for express shipping and i had them with me on 8th day! Customer service is the best i ever encountered! I accidentally ordered one pair without coatings, wore them for a day and unfortunately couldn't get past the glare so i contacted them, said its totally my fault for overlooking this and they gave me code for a free par of frames which was amazing! All i had to pay for is the lenses and shipping, also they've said to save me time money and effort, i dont need to send them back. Just an amazing experience

Such good quality glasses, love the design, so flattering and couldn’t find anything similar anywhere else! I was skeptical buying these for £10 (free with delivery & processing fee) but they only took about 2 weeks to arrive and they are honestly better than my glasses from spec savers, they fit on my small face perfectly and the lenses are so crisp and clear. Would definitely recommend!
