I ordered glasses from Firmoo the glasses themselves were totally fine. They sent me a tracking number fast, so I figured things were moving along, but then it just sat there with no updates for days, which was kinda annoying.
Out of nowhere, the tracking suddenly showed the package was already in my city, and it got delivered the next day. Support did reply when I asked, but they basically just said to chill and wait. Not a huge deal, but the tracking could definitely be less messy

I found my glasses quickly, and the checkout was smooth too. I liked that everything was clear and I didn’t have to click around a bunch just to finish my order...

From what I remember, the box showed up packed really well and everything felt safe inside. No issues with the packaging at all.

These fit really nicely and feel comfortable all day. Compared to some others I’ve worn, they don’t feel tight or annoying after a few hours, which I really appreciate.

They were decent at first, but the hinges started getting loose sooner than I expected. If you’re thinking about getting these, I’d just keep an eye on the screws and maybe tighten them regularly so they last a bit longer.

The return went way smoother than I expected. No hassle, no weird back-and-forth, nothing. Almost makes you wonder if they’ve got some secret system running behind the scenes to keep everything moving that cleanly. Either way, I’m not complaining.

I had to use the warranty after one of the arms on my glasses got loose a few weeks in. Support did get back to me and asked for photos, but you end up waiting a couple days between replies, which gets a little frustrating. They offered a replacement or credit, so it was handled in the end. Just wasn’t the smoothest process. Not awful, not amazing, about 3 stars for me.

I’ve been really happy with these glasses so far. The frames feel sturdy in my hands, and the lenses are nice and clear. I haven’t run into any issues, and they feel like a solid pair to me.
